About
Jess Rodz is a guitar player and music producer born in Barcelona. As guitarist, he stands out for the variety of styles in which he has worked, ranging from strictest acoustic to noisiest scenarios.
A sample of it, two of last works with national projection. KTULU, an important THRASH-METAL band with 30 years of history and 8 LPs released. And YESSEMI, an acoustic duo, constantly touring for corporate and private events.
Academics
The musical formation of Jess begins in 1996, at early age with Eduard Orriols (Flamencology professor). For 10 years, he receives classical and flamenco discipline that will later be complemented externally with other teachers specialized in other styles, such as modern harmony and contemporary electric guitar.
In 2003, he studied sound engineer and digital music at Microfusa school (Barcelona). Already initiated in the field of production, he also learned the music industry software (PRO TOOLS, LOGIC and ABLETON), using them in the recording studio as live.
